By using our Services including our website and app, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Us", "Our" and "We" refers to FaithHaven, Bold Existence Pty Ltd ("Bold Existence") and "You" and "Your" refers to you, the customer, visitor, website user or person using our Services. FaithHaven is owned by Bold Existence Pty Ltd.

Registration & Accounts

When you register with an account on FaithHaven, you agree to use your real name and email during account sign-up. Basic Members and Premium Members are restricted to one account per individual person. You agree that you will not create a false identity on faithhaven.com.au, misrepresent your identity, create a member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another member's account.

You also agree that you have not already been restricted by FaithHaven from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of these Terms. Membership is not permitted for anyone under the age of 18.

Sharing of Information

You agree that when you share information on our Services, others can see, copy and use that information. Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, e-learning materials, groups and blogs at your own risk. You agree that Bold Existence will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred in the event of anyone copying or distributing your shared content.

Courses & E-Learning

Premium Members have access to create courses, groups and other e-learning materials and share links to their own websites inside FaithHaven. As a member of FaithHaven, you agree that you and any content you post do not violate the intellectual property rights of others, including your own, or any other property rights.

Payments & Refunds

We try to ensure our services are provided with due care and skill, and we are at all times abide by the Australian Consumer Protection legislation with respect to any refund. Any other refund is provided in accordance with our refund policy set out below.

We offer a thirty-day money-back guarantee for first-time sign-ups to "Basic Membership" and "Premium Membership" if within thirty days of initial sign-up you decide to discontinue our Services. If you request a full refund, your account will be closed immediately.
